Cocoa (Theobroma cacao) is a major agricultural crop. The main product produced from it is chocolate. A major pest of cocoa is the cocoa pod borer (Conopomorpha Scramerella). An another common pest is mirids, however mirids could have an important impact on the cocoa pod borer management.
